Where does this store ship from? / How do I track it?

All items are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

All of our goods are handmade to order, so please allow 5-10 business days for us to custom make for you.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Currently, we do not ship on weekends and federal holidays. Please note that available shipping services do not include Saturday delivery. If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location. Upon shipment, customers receive an email containing tracking information.

For international shipping, please also note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.

  

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

In order to qualify for a return or an exchange, orders must meet the following criteria:

Only Items within 14 days of receipt will be eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and must include all original packaging, price labels, etc.

Please allow 14–21 days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. Eligible refunds can only be credited to the card used for your original order. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

If you wish to return or exchange items from your online order, we will provide you with a USPS Return Label to facilitate the process. To request this label, please send an email to info [!at] clarkeandbarba.com. With the use of this label, each returned order is subject to a handling and processing fee of $15.00, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as Clarke and Barba is not responsible for items lost in transit.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you would like before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a refund.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The clarkeandbarba.com checkout process uses Stripe, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, clarkeandbarba.com has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Stripe.com. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Clarke & Barba cannot accept cash, checks, money orders, or PayPal at this time. An 8.75% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of California.

 

What if something is wrong with my order?

Email info@clarkeandbarba.com and we will be happy to address any problems with your order. We are happy to return/exchange unworn items within fifteen (15) days of purchase.

 

I accidentally entered in the wrong address! How do I change it?
