Where does this store ship from? / How do I track it?

You will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

You may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the Clarke & Barba return address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange.

Purchased items are determined Unreturnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. 

For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another Clarke & Barba purchase.

Please include $5.00 for the return shipping cost.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

YES!  

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Email info@clarkeandbarba.com and we will be happy to address any problems with your order. We are happy to return/exchange unworn items within fifteen (15) days of purchase.

I accidentally entered in the wrong address! How do I change it?
